I’m Miranda, a naturopath (and busy mum too). I know how tricky it can be to put yourself first, so my appointments are designed to give you simple, realistic support that fits into family life.

I love supporting mums and kids through all of life’s ups and downs. Whether it’s helping you find more energy, improving sleep (for you or your little ones), easing digestive troubles like reflux or tummy pain, or working on skin issues such as eczema, my focus is on practical solutions that actually fit into your day. I also support children with behavioural or developmental challenges, as well as mums dealing with stress, burnout, or hormone changes. My aim is always to make things feel lighter, more manageable, and tailored to your family’s needs.

Appointments are available online via Zoom:

  • Evenings: 8:00pm
  • Saturdays: 9:00am – 3:00pm

If you can’t find a time that works, please email me at natureofyou@gmail.com — I may be able to offer additional weekday times around toddler nap schedules.

For now, all appointments are held online for your convenience so you can chat with me from the comfort of home (pajamas and tea are absolutely welcome!).

✨ Initial Naturopathic Consultation
(60–75 minutes)
This first session gives us plenty of time to talk about your health story – your past and current medical history, nutrition, lifestyle, and the things that are affecting your energy and wellbeing right now. From there, we’ll create a tailored plan that feels doable for you.

  • Adults: $160
  • Children: $95

🌿 Follow-Up Consultation
(30–45 minutes)
Usually held 2–4 weeks after your first appointment, this is where we check in on how things are going, go through any test results, and make tweaks to your plan if needed. Most of our work together will look like this – small, steady steps that add up.

  • Adults: $90
  • Children: $60

💛 Acute Consultation
(20–30 minutes)
Perfect if you or your child are dealing with something short-term like a cold, flu, tummy upset, or other one-off issue. This is for new or existing patients who just need quick, focused support and relief.

  • Cost: $60
