Every case will be taken thoroughly, and each treatment plan will be individualised to ensure your health and wellbeing is the top priority.
We all have different genes, we have different backgrounds, and we often have different symptoms during the same illness, so the nature of you - is not about me, or anyone else. Just you.

I’m Miranda, a degree-qualified Naturopath and a busy mum to three gorgeous girls.
Growing up, I was generally healthy, but in my late teens I caught Glandular Fever, which really knocked me around. By my early twenties, I was struggling with anxiety, panic attacks, chronic fatigue, unintentional weight loss, and gut issues. I had every test under the sun, but kept being told everything was “fine”—and that it was all in my head.
I knew something wasn’t right, so I started exploring natural health approaches—naturopathy, acupuncture, EFT, and more. Within weeks of working with an alternative practitioner, doing some testing, and starting a tailored health plan, I began to feel so much better. That experience completely changed my life and inspired me to study Naturopathy at the Southern School of Natural Therapies in Fitzroy, Melbourne.
I love helping other parents, kids, and families find simple, practical ways to feel healthier and more energised—without adding stress to already busy lives. I believe in food as medicine, taking time to breathe and recharge, and enjoying the little treats that make life joyful.
I’m also passionate about making health changes realistic and achievable. I’ll explain why something is important, how it can help you, and guide you with practical steps you can actually fit into your day. I’ve spent years learning about supplements, herbs, and nutritional support, so you don’t have to navigate the overwhelming choices alone.
Most importantly, I care about my clients without judgment. Your story is unique, your struggles are real, and your wellbeing matters. You can feel comfortable knowing your personal information is safe and that your journey to better health is my priority.
