What is 'The Nature of You'?

It embodies naturopathic philosophy. It is about treating every person, as a whole, and investigating the underlying cause of their specific symptoms.

Not a 'one size fits all' approach to health, a one person approach.

Every case will be taken thoroughly, and each treatment plan will be individualised to ensure your health and wellbeing is the top priority.

We all have different genes, we have different backgrounds, and we often have different symptoms during the same illness, so the nature of you - is not about me, or anyone else. Just you.

Who can we help?

Everyone! We are here for men, or women, children, or teenagers. We can help those who are well, and those who are ill. We can do a little, or a lot. We can support you through medical illness, or we can optimise your health to promote long term wellness.

Miranda Grigg

Naturopath & Owner

"I have always had a passion for naturopathy, and am so grateful to be able to help people achieve their wellness goals"

I am a degree qualified Naturopath, and mum to two gorgeous girls who are 5 and not yet 1.

Growing up I was always well, but in my late teens I had Glandular Fever, and it really knocked me around. In my early twenties I suffered from terrible anxiety and panic attacks, chronic fatigue, unintentional weight-loss, and  gastrointestinal issues. I had every test possible and kept being told everything was 'fine', and they implied it myst be in my head.

Through all of this I was reliant on medical treatment - which wasn't working. So I sought help through different alternative modalities - naturopathy, acupuncture, EFT, heavy metal chelation, and more! Within weeks of seeing an alternative medicine practitioner, doing some tests, and starting a new health protocol I felt so much better, and haven't looked back. Through that experience I was drawn to studying Naturopathy, and help others who are struggling with their health.

I started my degree at Southern School of Natural Therapies in Fitzroy, Melbourne in 2012. I have always been interested in natural ways to improve health, whether through food, herbal teas, or lifestyle, and to add the herbal pharmacology, and nutritional biochemistry aspect has furthered that knowledge immensely.

I am a believer in food as medicine, taking time out of our busy schedules to relax, and rejuvenate, and allowing the odd treat to feed our soul.

I am excellent at communicating why we need to make certain changes, and how that will benefit you, and after three years working in health shops, I have an extensive knowledge of the different products available on the market that may be of benefit, if required.

I am passionate about helping the people I care about, and I care about all my clients, without judgement. You can feel safe, and comfortable, knowing your personal details are confidential, and your journey to improved wellbeing is my utmost goal.
