I never used to have issues with energy, I used to be able to go to bed late, bounce into work in the morning, and then catch up with friends in the evening.

Since the birth of my daughter though, I felt like I was playing catch up – I was never able to sleep enough to get back to my fun bubbly self.
I thought once she started sleeping through the night everything would be ok. But it wasn’t… 

This started to take a toll on my mental health, my relationship, and my ability to enjoy life with a toddler. I needed to take some time and focus on myself…

Now, I can enjoy life again! I can get up before she wakes, and get a head start on the day. I can run around at the park with her, enjoy our day together, and still have energy in the evening to work, catch up with friends, or spend time with my husband. 

I couldn’t have done it alone though – And you shouldn’t have to either. 

And for that reason I am joining forces with Christina from Little Wildflowers – she is a coach, and intuitive counsellor, who excels at helping mums understand their individual needs, and triggers, and how we can build our capacity so that we don’t get depleted.

She will provide an awareness of what fills each of us up, what drains us and the tools we need to keep that balance.

My Name is Miranda Grigg, and as a Qualified Naturopath I have helped many women feel happier, healthier and more energised.

Christina Gammon is a mum to three kids, with a background in Nursing, a Bachelor in Complementary Therapies, and a qualification in intuitive coaching, and loves helping mums, especially those who have sensitive and challenging kids.

The mother-child relationship is so important, and often tweaks to both sides, can create lasting, incredible changes.

You will feel completely supported, as we work together, to ensure your health and happiness is top priority.
